In 2011 my wife and I took a vacation in Malta. We rented a car and had a wonderful week exploring the island and its neighbor, Gozo.

As we set off, I saw this beautiful yacht, Hera II, (known as a Turkish Gulet), which I later discovered also makes a variety of cruises around the Maltese archipelago.
This view captures the skyline of Valletta and the dominant dome of the Carmelite Church. Our cruise was one of the highlights of our trip and is highly recommended to anyone visiting the island.
